Torfy fulfills orders from two types of warehouse sources:

Domestic inventory for faster delivery.
2️⃣ Verified International Partner Warehouses
Used when U.S. stock is limited or depending on product type.
Some orders may ship from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

Actual delivery varies based on:

4. U.S. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Torfy offers affordable shipping across the entire United States, with free shipping available on select products.

No Customs or Import Fees
U.S. customers will never be charged:
- Customs
- Duties
- Import taxes
Torfy covers these internally when applicable.
5. Order Tracking
All shipments include active tracking.
Track your order via:

- Your Torfy Account
- The “My Orders” section on torfy.com
If your tracking does not update within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at info@torfy.com.
6. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery:
- Your order may ship in multiple packages
- Each package receives a separate tracking number
- Items may arrive on different days
7. Delays, Lost Packages & Exceptions
If your order is:
- Marked delivered but not received
- Delayed beyond normal timeframes
- Missing items
- Damaged in transit

✔ Send a free replacement (when available)
✔ OR issue a refund when eligible
Most issues are resolved within 48–72 hours.
8. Incorrect or Invalid Address
If an incorrect address is entered during checkout:
- Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped
- Returned packages can be reshipped after address correction
- Additional reshipping costs may apply
